Oltan Koleoglu Enerji has been developing projects on energy production via combustion of nutshells, sunflower stalks, corns stalks, and wood flour. This technology contributes to efficient energy production with these defined resources. The raw material we use when generating energy from biomass is especially important in terms of the calories it provides. The factors such as humidity and soil in the specific raw material affect the cost of the raw material during the production phase.
In our project with Qualist Technology, we adopted the BRIDGE solution and we have taken essential parameters such as loss of soil and humidity ratio under control and recorded them. Thanks to this solution, we have cost profitability and prevented losses due to parameters regarding our stocks. In addition, we have improved our work productivity by facilitating the monitoring of raw material input and output for our employees through new interfaces. We thank QUALIST TECHNOLOGY team members for the improvement they have made on our production process.
